WASHINGTON — The Trump administration is poised to roll back the federal requirement for employers to include birth control coverage in their health insurance plans, vastly expanding exemptions for those that cite moral or religious objections.

The new rules, which could be issued as soon as Friday, fulfill a campaign promise by President Trump and are sure to touch off a round of lawsuits on the issue.

More than 55 million women have access to birth control without co-payments because of the contraceptive coverage mandate, according to a study commissioned by the Obama administration. Under the new regulations, hundreds of thousands of women could lose birth control benefits they now receive at no cost under the Affordable Care Act.

Women pay for their health care plans but now thanks to the GOP they have to pay more for contraception? What a load of arbitrary bullshit.

Way to lose ADDITIONAL truckloads of women voters. You create policies that punish and get vindictive with women, you suffer the consequences. The GOP lost the majority of the female vote in 2016 and after this they will never get the majority of the female vote ever again.

And the percentage of people (again of all ethnicities) age 60 and over consistently vote in numbers 30 PERCENT HIGHER than the 18-29 age group. (The Election Project)

This means the people most likely to have achieved upper middle class incomes (and figure out they are going to be made to PAY for all the Dem's promises of free stuff) are going to be casting way more votes than the Bernie Bro base (poorer and "downtrodden") in the foreseeable future.

Don't think that's going to work out as well as you think.
