This could be the mass shooting that leads to legislation that fucks it all up for everybody else. Not in an Australian ban them all kind of way, but something that says, no semi-auto soup for you. And that would be a Allah-damned shame, because nothing says no to government over-reach like semi auto military pattern rifles in the hands of the citizenry - in a large and we-don't-know-where-they-all-are kind of way.

I woke up at one, wide awake, read for a while and then went back to sleep which led to sleeping in.

I'm not used to day shift at all! The only good part is that I'm mainly a weasel and I have full-time veteran crews who know what the job is and don't require whip and chair. On the other hand, there's the other weasels and all of the red tape...

I had a night full of dreams that kept waking me up. It was a long assholish night.

Weasels there are, I just have to be discreet when I check in this late

And about 15 years ago they tried a gun registration system in Canada and restricting what could be owned, it led to a lot of pissed off people, hidden caches and millions of dollars in wasted money before it was rescinded because the majority wouldn't comply.

I'll be in Arizona on business for a few days next week hope it's a little cooler than normal. I hate I-10 to Phoenix.:(
 
Home. Leftovers. It's s'ghetti again - I still have home-made, too. Go figure. I doubt that I wash away in the stuff, but the pasta should help put me to sleep, too.


The weasels were a bit better today. I got some shit done and didn't kill myself in the process. I even got another couple of inspections passed - the kind I need to get to the finals, but no finals. The electrician still hasn't come through yet. I wonder how long this is gonna take. We'll see, I reckon.


I keep having this recurring dream, about the ex-housemate and her little craphead rat dog and a (I think) souped-up '68 Road Runner. Maybe I should right it out.

We always thought that wheel-standers were the coolest things back when we were all 18 and in the 2nd grade - before we learned about fucking. About a week before. MILFs hadn't been invented yet. They came along when I started driving, when I was 18, and went to pick up chicks and they'd be late and I'd hang out and talk to their mothers. Most of the mothers I liked better and would have preferred to boink, too. But I digress. Let there be Mopar horsepower!!!

Got my first cup of coffee and checking up on the news of the morning, which seems to be stuck for a topic...



As for infrastructure spending, other than the interstates, it should be local spending. The Federal government takes our tax money, keeps $.40 of every dollar and then rewards spending based upon political choices. This is why infrastructure crumbles. Once the money is gone, no one gives it a second thought.

I'm pretty sure that I burnt out on shcool at age . . . 18. I think I was in the 9th grade by then. It was more fun when I was 18 and in the 2nd grade and banging the teachers. ;)


If I had been banging the teachers in the 9th grade, I've have been some kind of pederast.


I hated that shcool more than mere words can describe . . . .
