No. Why? I served and I respect our nations colors.
But if you want to take a knee go ahead, just remember I fought for your freedom to do just that. Of course I will beat the snot out of you for doing so.![]()

All of the Pittsburgh Steelers players stayed in the locker room during the national anthem prior to Sunday's game against the Chicago Bears at Soldier Field.
Only the Steelers coaches, including head coach Mike Tomlin and offensive coordinator Todd Haley, were on the field during the national anthem, but none of the players were. Steelers offensive tackle Alejandro Villanueva, an Army Ranger who served in Afghanistan, stood just outside of the tunnel entrance to the field, not on the sidelines during the anthem.
Singer Rico Lavelle took a knee after singing the national anthem at Sunday's Detroit Lions game.
Photos and video posted to Twitter show Lavelle kneeling on the field after singing the anthem.
Lions players, as well as players on the opposing team Atlanta Falcons, can be seen kneeling and linking arms during the anthem.
Dozens of players, coaches and team officials across the NFL have joined in kneeling during the anthem Sunday after President Trump on Friday attacked players who do not stand during the anthem.
Why or why not?

Yes. While I'm proud of my country, I recognize that it is not perfect and that our record on racial equality is not particularly respectable. If kneeling during the national anthem is a way of reminding all of us that our country needs to do better, then I am on my knee.
