I'm not sure. Her little silver cross makes me think maybe.

But her eyes and hair seem a little too Euro and her skin seems a little light even though it's practically a B&W photo.

Brazilians can often be blonde, but they're more of Portuguese ancestry than Spanish and I'm not sure if they can be considered Latinos/Latinas even though they're from Latin America (I will Google this for future reference though:) )

Maybe she's some sort of half-breed like me, so I'll vote MAYBE.

But this isn't just another appreciation of hot chicks thread - it's a sub-thread of those kind of threads focused specifically on Latino men and Latina women so in that what the ambiguity she presents us is relevant.

Also, this in regards to the definition of Hispanic:

So my initial impetus for this thread seems to stand - men and women with Latin American ancestry (of which I am), which by definition includes Brazilians but not Portuguese or Spanish or Filipinos (the larger Hispanic demographic).

Clear as mud now? :)

She's still a maybe in my book because I think it's possible she's at least partially Brazilian which is in Latin American and therefore by definition Latina.

I don't know why she's famous and why anyone cares one iota about her either.

I do however think there is a difference between completely self-absorbed and "pure human garbage". There are FAR worse people on this planet (and in our daily media streams) than her however, at least in imho.
