I'm not particularly a fan. Mostly because because (especially in porn stars) they make one or two major mistakes. They either go way to big or they go cheap which ends up looking like "bolt on" accessories rather than a quality enhancement.

I do understand the uses though.

Re-constructive, enhancement, self esteem, but only if done really well. And be prepared to spend some serious coin to get quality work done.

As and aside, there was one lady I knew who'd had implants done. They were stunning (and not from a size perspective) and unless you looked carefully you couldn't tell she'd had the work done. But then as I said, she spent some major coin..

Not a fan of fake tits at all, the ones l've had xperience of have been hard and unyielding, l like tits to have some movement. I would much prefer sagging tits to fake ones, l can understand why some women want them, there is a lot of pressure to have the perfect body the American porn industry promotes but in my opinion a women looks much better with the tits she was given.
