No, I have not. I'll check the game shop for it!
Have you played Flux? If not, yes, go get it!
I would concur! Fun game, highly recommended.
Have you ever played the card game Mao?

Well, now I'm going to have to Google that...so the answer is no.
What's the best meal that you've ever eaten?
A New York strip, medium to well, baked potato corn and mixed beans, with a St. Paulie to wash it down.
Same question.
What was the most selfless thing you've ever done?
That's a tough question. I've had some great meals, including steak in Kansas (from local source).
What comes to mind for me, often, is circumstances.
One that was particularly wonderful was this. I was about 12 or 13 (in middle school). It was the day before Thanksgiving (a meal I always enjoy). It was the last class period of the day (just before the 4 day weekend). And, I started feeling sick about 1/2 way through. With something 15 min left in class, I knew I was going to puke. I went to the teacher and started to say, "I feel sick" and he just looked at me and said, "GO!" (I think it's likely I was green). I went and puked in the bathroom and made my way to the school nurse. It took my mom about 1/2 hour or so to get there (she was at work), during which time I puked again (at least once). So now, instead of being out of school with all the other kids, I'm lying miserable with the school nurse. And then I went home. It was one of those all night, puke even when you can't, stomach bugs. So...needless to say...I was not in any shape for Thanksgiving on Thanksgiving day.
And this is where the great meal comes in. The next day, my mom bought more thanksgiving stuff and I'm not sure how much was leftovers and how much was new (some of both) but she put the whole thing completely together, including carving a small breast that she had cooked up special.
Seriously, best meal ever.

YOU SO MUCH MS!!I hesitate to answer this one, because what I do I do anonymously. But, since none of you know me, what the hey!
Every year I pay to send five kids to camp for two weeks. The cost is roughly what I spend going to gaming convention each year, and my only requirement is that the camp never tell the kids nor their parents who paid. I do require proper accounting from the camp, however. Just to keep them honest.
Same question.

This is a hard question for me...I am a giver in general. But, every year my girlfriends and I have a Christmas party with our kids (there are about 25 or so when all totaled) - we call it a birthday party for my kids who have birthdays right before and right after Christmas (and don't need MORE stuff). Everyone brings a gift for a child and the next day I take them to my kids' school (average low income school) and donate for them to do Sub for Santa for several families. It's probably not THE MOST selfless thing I've done (I'm a mom after all), but it's one of my favorite things I do.
What's a family tradition that you have to celebrate a holiday or birthday that is unusual?
Well, we have kind of an "Eastern European" Easter dinner. Pirogi's, Kielbasa, etc...
What family tradition do you wish you could deep six (that's sailor talk for "get rid of)?
For me...and this is terrible...but I would skip the family Thanksgiving. We've done it since my kids were tiny...off to the inlaws, who live in a senior community - and it's a 7+ hour drive. We have to stay in a hotel because the house isn't big enough for all the kids (but SIL and BIL get to stay - we are the only ones who have to hotel it). My kids don't eat much of what MIL cooks...it's just a giant waste. The only good thing is that we go to a movie on Thanksgiving Day every year because when the kids were smaller I need something to occupy them and keep them out of the way.
Are you the "gathering place" for big family holidays?
No, it has actually kind of rotated around. We have been at times. 20+ for Thanksgiving has happened. But not every year, or the same holiday, or anything.
What was your best vacation ever?
Home to Niagra Falls to Burlington, Vt (and the Ben and Jerry's plant) to Portland Maine to Bar Harbor for the 4th of July Boston and then Home again.
Same question.
I'm going to go with the great American "out west" driving/camping vacation.
Saw Black Hills/Mt. Rushmore, Yellowstone, Grand Tetons.
Great trip.
