Just decided to shoot the other drivers and kill himself because of too much overtime as is his constitutional right.

Any chance that gun can be traced to its origin? If legal, was his possession of a gun warranted?

Your questions don't make much sense. All guns can be traced to their origins and I don't think anyone gets to decide if owning one is warranted. As long as you meet the basic requirements you can have one.

Ok, maybe if the numbers are filed off they can't trace it but I don't see much reason for this guy to have done that. That's usually for throw away guns and most people don't have or need those.
