Silly reason too. Not the rule itself the violation of the rule.

A lot of newsy articles on the web call 1 or 2 sentences a paragraph. No real topic change in next paragraph. So you can edit out the space, combine the 2 paragraphs and double your content. Maybe even get in 3 combined paragraphs and still avoid block of text.

Also lets you edit article to appear to support your argument even more. And not actually change it. Just creatively do some editing. Not like opponents are going to read your supplied link and supporters won't care.

The exit polls are not always reliable, but it's definitely not looking like 1983 all over again, is it?

The last one was a shocker, no-one believed it, but it turned out to be bang on the money.

It certainly seems that way so far. A single hormone would quickly wear out any interest. It would have to be a very high-paying specialty to keep me in it.

Whimsical is a pretty good term for most gods, imho. As a practicing druid, I embrace chaos without needing to anthropomorphize the drivers.

He really was, and she was. I didn't vote for either of them and never would--not that it matters, since I live in VT--but I tried to stay objective. I wouldn't have rioted had she won.

Nice! Sink a couple for me.

I find that interpersonal human relations have some of the highest paying dividends in the long run. Depending of course on some wise choices in who one has interpersonal relations with, they can be most rewarding.

That was a big thing for me when I was sorting through all of this religious horse puckery. I have always found it highly convenient how much their god looks and acts like humanity and humanity is apparently made in the image of this god... yet when one looks at the various assortment of human traits, it makes for a very inconsistent god. As we see in the literature over time. If I were to classify myself I'd say I am a "geeky spiritualist". Science and nature at the core with an understanding of interconnection.

I'm in a red state. I voted for HRC and would do it again. Granted, she wouldn't have guaranteed easy sailing by any means - especially if republicans retained power in the senate. But it would have been a more stable continuity. My hope is that Donald doesn't do too much damage and if he does, it wakes people up to their responsibilities. I have lofty ambitions. ;)

Today was exactly how pool practice should go. It was frankly awesome. Good breaks. Four, five and six ball runs. Cross the pockets straight down the line. Long banks, side banks, corner banks all in line. Even some cue of the rail banks. Cross corner... bah. Rome wasn't built in a day. But it was a damn good day and the pool tables were all sexy for being refelted. Nothing quite like the glide of new felt on the pool table. It was a good day.

Why do we vote on fucking Thursdays? No way can I stay up late tonight, still bastard jet lagged and work in the morning.

Personally I hope he comes back. He had flaws but at least he participated in and/or created threads where we could have actual adult conversations on real issues.

Not like the stupid alt bashing idiocy that takes up most of the board. (Laurel, PLEASE clean your rooms and take out the trash.)

If he doesn't come back, I think I will miss his intellectualism as well as his world view. He made me THINK. And a few others as well.

If it turns out to be right and the Conservatives actually lose seats, I think I shall be rather amused.

KingOrfeo got a bad rap when he flooded the board with Trump -trolling threads.
Plus the neverending pissing contests between the two GB political parties.

But that was just a temporary phase, and most of his threads and posts after that were excellent.

You sir, are the Joe Buck of Lit.

If only you could be self-aware and astute when it came to your board (bored) presence and behaviour.
