I hear you. On the other hand, if Trump's selfish lunacy can be maintained at the present pace, all the better to wake people up to the need to dump him. We can recover with our allies. Common sense can prevail. The Trump experience could even be beneficial to us in the long run. Our NATO allies have, indeed, not been pulling their financial weight (same with the UN countries). There was a time when they truly couldn't afford to and needed the help; that time has passed. If we can go ahead and dump Trump, it's not a bad thing for the rest of the world to now understand that there is a large percentage of the U.S. population that isn't just going to continue giving with a smile while they are being kicked the chins.

And Obama asked the U.N. for a "Police Force" to replace our own civil police, remember? Korea and other governments who have no idea what human rights means)?

First off Obama and Clinton were more valuable to Russia than Trump would ever be. Hillary could be bought like a street corner whore for her political service and Obama has always been pro communists. Russia is still run by "former" communists. What Trump said about the leader of Russia was that he was smarter and tougher than Clinton and Obama which is the truth. What is needed is someone who is strong enough to stand up to him. Remember how the Russians insulted Obama and Kerry? They didn't try that with Trump. And Hillary didn't get this "Russian" thing until Trump made a statement about her and Russia. Also he made a statement about corrupt officials in the election process and old Hillary, who never had an original idea of her own, jumped on that band wagon too. The last thing the Russians or the Chinese or Iran or North Korea want is someone who is strong and honest and will stand up to them. Clinton and Obama, by their own actions and words, showed they did not fit that bill.

Trump has a lot to learn about dirty politicians. He has to keep his word and fire all of the Obama old gang and arrest Clinton and Soros for their crimes. You can't let gangsters have free run. Just look at what Obama's buddy has done to Chicago by letting the gangs there run the city. One thing does occur to me. Trump appears to be an isolationist. He is intent on building walls, both literally and figuratively.

Giving US industries tax breaks and incentives to stay open and in the country, even when they are proven uneconomic, placing tarrifs on imports, alienating long term allies to the point of almost repudiating NATO, pulling out of international trade negotiations, repudiating international environmental agreements.

It all points to me of the USA turning in on itself, shutting down as a world player. If true it will be interesting to see who steps up to the plate to be the new world leader, seems to me China is the only contender.

Between globalization and corporate mergers and buyouts and the big agricultural companies buying up family farms, there's nothing much left. That and the few low wage jobs there are go to immigrants who're sponsored in and prepared to work for next to nothing. From where I sit, globalization is not just a disaster, it's an economic war on people I grew up with. That and guys I went to school with went off to the military and fought in wars we had no business fighting in and came back fucked up six ways to Sunday. Isolationism looks pretty good to me.
