It was an almost perfect day. Warm, sunny, a bit of excess humidity and a light wind, but considering how conditions had been the previous two weeks, no one was complaining.

Except the con artist. What should have been a happy, celebratory time turned into a cringe worthy, "how much longer do I have stand here and listen to this lunatic whine?" moment at the U.S. Coast Guard Academy commencement ceremony. This was the time, after repeatedly inserting his foot up his ass and all but admitting he is sleeping with Russian agents, the con artist chose to ask, "Why's everybody always picking on me?"

"Look at the way I've been treated lately. Especially by the media, no politician in history has been treated worse or more unfairly, you can't let them get you down, you can't let the critics and naysayers get in the way of your dreams," said Mr. Trump, adding, "I guess that's why we won!"

Apparently being a winner means incessant whining about people reporting the facts of ones collusive behavior or disseminating to national security information to random people.

The con artist went on to say:

"I didn't get elected to serve the Washignton media or special interests -- I got elected to serve the forgotten men and women of our country and that's what I'm doing."

And by serving the forgotten men and women of our country, he obviously means those who have forgotten to pay their Mar-a-Lago membership fees since he doesn't see them when he goes golfing every weekend at the taxpayer expense.

Uh, no, I think Hillary Clinton was treated the worst of any politician ever.

Listen to him throw a pity party in front of graduates. Pathetic.

Waaah waahh waaah get him a bottle

I think the riff he did on forgiving all of the cadets' parking violations was particularly touching (I changed the station at that point).

Is he still contemplating gutting the Coast Guard to pay for his wall?

Despite Trump's praise, a financial outline for the Department of Homeland Security prepared by the White House budget office calls for scrapping the Coast Guard's counterterrorism Maritime Security Response Team, and all of its Maritime Safety and Security Teams.

The rationale for eliminating the programs wasn't spelled out in the document released earlier this year. Trump has made fighting terrorism a top priority, and his overall budget outline calls for significant increases in military spending. The Coast Guard is a division of the Department of Homeland Security.

He does have a certain point there. Most new presidents had what was called a "honeymoon" period, but Trump did not. Have you ever heard of any POTUS about whom people talked of impeachment in the first month of his term? :(

I hoped that the responsibilities of the office would have a sobering and maturing effect. He has only gotten worse. He is far exceeding my expectations.

Have you ever heard of a president who fucked up so much in his first term that he deserved no honeymoon?

I'm not referring to his first term. I am referring to his first day or week or month or 90 days.

Spending 25% of your time playing golf is not technically a honeymoon or even a holiday. Goofing off maybe!

But he did save the Coast Guard lots of money on the F-35's they fly and the Gerald R. Ford they serve on.

Mandela wasn't treated too well. Lincoln had a rough go. JFK didn't end well. Poor Snowflake Trump.

Yeah right. Ever hear of Zulfikar Ali Bhutto?

Look it up.

Not to mention the "red hot poker up the ass" treatment England's King Edward II got.

JFK was treated extremely well by the press and by everybody else except Lee Harvey Oswald. Long after his death, his affairs with actresses and others were mentioned, but not before. In my opinion, this was as it should have been, since such things have nothing to do with a POTUS's ability to do his job. This is not the case with Trump or anybody else anymore.

What The Donald is griping about, and I have to concur, are the personal and other attacks made on him ever since he won the election, even before he was inaugurated. I don't know if talk of impeachment began that long ago or not, but it certainly began earlier than for anybody else. :(

JFK was shot dead. Come back with your drivel when the same has happened to Trump, Box. You really are a total loss in the brains department.
