My ex had breast implants at 44.

She went from a small B to a small C and they were put under her muscles so they looked real and felt real, as well.

After 3 kids, she was very saggy, so the implants greatly enhanced her figure and she looked fantastic afterwards. Since they were under the muscles, you couldn't tell that they were implants.

They also enhanced her "own" image of herself (self-image) as she had been teased her whole life about being "small breasted", although I disagreed with that entirely.

It was a lot (I mean a whole lot), more painful having her implants put under her muscle but at least it didn't look like she had a basketball stuck on her chest as so many women with implants do.

Usually you can always tell where real and fake are separated by the pull of the skin or the layer of skin between the two.

True story.

A friend of mines sister had purchased a 28' Chris Craft. My friend and I took it out to check it out. First the good news, the engine ran and the hull didn't leak, that was about it.

The wood work needed some major TLC. It wouldn't answer to port helm (single engined inbourds are notorious for this but this boat was the worst I'd even been on). And to top it off we got maybe a mile out of harbor and one of the belts broke so no water pump. We had to anchor up and wait for the engine to cool down and then try to make it as far back to the harbor as possible before it overheated again.

We told her to get rid of the damn thing or plan on spending 3 times more than she had initially paid for it to get it back in sea worthy shape.

She traded it to a local cosmetic surgeon for a boob job.

Not long after the surgery my friends family had a party. About halfway through the evening his sister disappeared. She was back in one of the bedrooms crying because no one had noticed her new tits.

I figured it was a fair trade in the end.
