Watching a shark show on Nat geo. I am NEVER going to the ocean.

Oh wow! I haven't seen the blurt thread this far down on a random weekday night in ages. Is this the new normal in a post-lounge world? Or does everyone have Lance on ignore?

The American public DESERVES to know!!!

Fixed your post.

Gonna be a windy Wednesday. Considerably cooler tomorrow.

Ostrich jerky. Meh. So far in all the different jerky samples I've tried, they all basically taste the same with the only noticeable difference being how tender the jerky is. Ostrich is apparently one tough bird. I might appreciate it more if it didn't taste like jerky seasoning.

4 a.m. alarm was just waaaay too early.
At the surgery center at 5 a.m., as we were told, and had to wait almost 10 minutes for them to open. And now more waiting.

I'm trying to reduce my refined sugar intake. So far, I drink less coffee and add half as much sweetened creamer as I used to. There's still plenty of room for improvement. My trail mix that I eat at break contains M&Ms. I suppose I could pick them out but that's not gonna happen. The workplace frequently likes to show appreciation for our efforts by providing free food which, more often than not, comes in the form of donuts, junk food and cookies. These are the same people encouraging us to eat healthier. I am unable to resist snagging a couple (three or four) cookies or a decadent insulin coma inducing sugar bomb aka chocolate icing covered, cream filled donut. We've achieved a month without a safety mishap so the donuts are coming any day now. Curse this weak willpower!

60° on its way to 65°.

Clear blue skies. Chance of precipitation: 0%

It's a good day to ride.

Gone.

:) :) :)

Cut out sugar in your daily meals. If you do that, you can treat yourself to those cookies without much consequence.

My meals are mostly sugar free with the exception of the occasional almond butter 'n' honey sandwich and the aforementioned work goodies. I also drink water kefir which lives on sugar but consumes most of it by the time I drink it. I'd just like to remove refined sugar from my diet as much as possible. I've come a long way from the days of consuming half a bag of reese's cups in one sitting. Work is not helping.

Why is some guy from Saudi Arabia liking old post from my FB page? And my page is private.

I assume its the ignore thing. I have been know to take people off the list if they get the blurt thread. And back on they go after 5K posts.

A few blurt regulars are missing because of the iggy. It could take a while for this one to make it to 5000 posts.

hope all goes well !

When should messages actually be sent in PM? It is curious what some choose to write on a public forum. I wonder about the narcissistic intent behind such communication.

do you ever get the impression that no one here has any idea what the fuck they're talking about?
