Who do you think you're fooling, bigot?

Checks and balances are legitimate, no matter how often Trump rails against "so-called" judges. It's in the most salutary and revered US Constitution.Look at the links in that article, what's being outlined there has been published in the NYTs, the WaPo, and other publications...it's in the public domain.
Let's demand those FISA applications be made public so we can investigate their legitimacy. Don't forget the first application was denied, the administration was told to narrow their focus. We need to know what that was all about and if they reveal an Obama administration political motivated abuse of power. Here is a link to Andy McCarthy's latest analysis of this FISA actions. If Obama wiretapped a sitting US Senator he stepped way beyond any assumed Presidential power since Abraham Lincoln. He knows it and his people are in the process of distancing themselves as far from it as possible.

Obama didn't wire tap anyone, you dumb bigoted fuck. The FBI did. Presidents can't order wire taps on US citizens, that's why the FISA courts were set up after Nixon.Look at the links in that article, what's being outlined there has been published in the NYTs, the WaPo, and other publications...it's in the public domain.

A right wing blog quoting a neo-nazi site isn't "proof" of anything. And why would anyone go to prison for executing a legal FISA warrant?

Your problem stems from not knowing what perjury is in the first place.
Perjury is the intentional act of swearing a false oath or of falsifying an affirmation to tell the truth, whether spoken or in writing, concerning matters material to an official proceeding.[1][A] Contrary to popular misconception, no crime has occurred when a false statement is (intentionally or unintentionally) made while under oath or subject to penalty—instead, criminal culpability only attaches at the instant the declarant falsely asserts the truth of statements (made or to be made) which are material to the outcome of the proceeding. For example, it is not perjury to lie about one's age except where age is a fact material to influencing the legal result, such as eligibility for old age retirement benefits or whether a person was of an age to have legal capacity.
Old news the left is trying in vain to sweep under the rug.![]()
In their zeal to "get" Trump, the administration used wiretaps which were subsequently the source of all the unnamed leaks being used to undermine the new administration.
And of course, once again, the only thing wrong here that the administration is a NAZI front...

The elements of perjury are one, under oath (CRM 1745). Two, making a false statement(CRM 1746). Three, specific intent (CRM 1747). Fourth, materiality (CRM 1748).
I'm still waiting for the proof of the thousands bused into New Hampshire in order to vote illegally and the 3-5 million illegal immigrant votes nationwide.
What does that have to do with surveillance at Trump Tower?
Sessions was under oath and made a false statement as to a material issue with specific intent to deceive Congress about it. How is that not perjury?
The conspiracy theory president has his little mindless drones defending every baseless tweet he makes. lmao.![]()
What does that have to do with surveillance at Trump Tower?
Specific intent and materiality have to be proven. Did he know he was making a false statement he believed was true? If he made a statement he thought was true at the time he made it, though it was false, is not proof of perjury.
Was the question all encompassing or just confined to the activities of the campaign?
Attorney General Jeff Sessions came under intense scrutiny after reports surfaced that he had contact with Russian government officials during the 2016 Presidential election. At the Judiciary Committee confirmation hearing, Sessions was asked by Sen. Al Franken,
"CNN has just published a story and I'm telling you this about a news story that's just been published. I'm not expecting you to know whether or not it's true or not. But CNN just published a story alleging that the intelligence community provided documents to the president-elect last week that included information that quote, 'Russian operatives claimed to have compromising personal and financial information about Mr. Trump.' These documents also allegedly say quote, 'There was a continuing exchange of information during the campaign between Trump's surrogates and intermediaries for the Russian government.' Now, again, I'm telling you this as it's coming out, so you know. But if it's true, it's obviously extremely serious and if there is any evidence that anyone affiliated with the Trump campaign communicated with the Russian government in the course of this campaign, what will you do?"[74]
Sessions responded:
"Senator Franken, I'm not aware of any of those activities. I have been called a surrogate at a time or two in that campaign and I didn't have — not have communications with the Russians, and I'm unable to comment."[74]
Additionally, in his January 17 responses to written questions presented by Senator Pat Leahy, Sessions stated:
LEAHY: Several of the President-elect’s nominees or senior advisers have Russian ties. Have you been in contact with anyone connected to any part of the Russian government about the 2016 election, either before or after election day?
SESSIONS: No.[70][75]
Sessions spoke to the Russian Ambassador in his capacity as a United States Senator.
Obama's drones are still at work in the Deep State working to overthrow a lawful election.
