I was watching his show when I learned my brother had died. I was never able to watch his show after that. RIP. Can't believe the judge was 97.
He was the most judge-like of all the tv judges, imho.
As a young lawyer i did a fair amount of trial work in the lower courts.
There was a family court judge who would instruct the court reporter to stop recording, then get out his Bible and tell the wife all the reasons why she should obey and cleave unto her man.
Great court for husbands; guaranteed win.
Wapner was less crazy than most judges.
