Many of you have been in this situation before, and perhaps it didn't turn out well. Not because you had bad intentions, or because weren't up to it. Somewhere along the way, there was something you should have taken into consideration that you didn't, or something you weren't aware of. There's always an "if only" or "I should have."
Or maybe you had the insight, and succeeded. If you were successful, what made the difference? If you weren't, what lessons did you learn that would've helped at the time?
