For me some days Lit is a lot of fun and takes my mind of my problems in real life. Other times it makes me feel like it is an addiction that makes me feel worse.

It's a bit of both for me. Several times I've taken long breaks from Lit. At least once stayed away for a year. It became boring, as it is now.

I admittedly have fun here, I come to just wind down and interact with some great people. There are times that I get exceptionally frustrated with Lit, to the point where I've left vowing never to return. You can see how well that shit worked out

So blessed by the sweet friends I have made here. But of course with that comes others that have presented challenges.

Since I'm a newbie, I see it as a blessing. I was a writer years ago and lost my muse as well as my drive. I met a few people on Lit who I shared some of my writing with and their feedback was encouraging. I just might start writing again, thanks to them
