Isn't that the nature of politics? You state your views; people can accept or reject.
Plus, of course, it's not true. It's maybe true for some, the angry men who seem to feel "emasculated" by "liberals," but otherwise it's your own projection and fantasy.
The fact free world, in other words.
All you have to do is read a little bit and you'll find the wide spread of why people voted for him. Like, "abortion," for example. It's not hard to find. You know, actual people and what they say. The "it's all liberals fault" is mainly the dream of internet chat room inhabitants.
And of course it doesn't hold up, not in the fact based world. Not when you compare campaign rhetoric and party platforms and Convention speeches. The "hatefulness" was on one clear side.
