Amazingly, the man, subsequently identified as Brooklyn lawyer Dan Goldstein, had his own toddler in tow when the incident went down. He was reportedly thrown off the flight, but still managed to make his way to his apparent destination.
A cameraman with the celebrity gossip site TMZ caught up with Goldstein when he finally arrived at the San Francisco airport, but he was suddenly short on words.

I don't know enough about it. Some people claim is was, but I don't know if it was actually illegal. I haven't seen any compelling evidence that it was.
I'm sure anyone who knows for a fact that it was illegal can cite the statute and punishment that such a violation calls for.
It was against State's policies.
It was a completely stupid thing to do.
