What could a 5-4 'liberal' SCOTUS do in two years? And those new federal judges could start dismantling gerrymandering and voter suppression laws.

I foresee the judicial pot boiling over.

If President Trump is wise he will use his Executive pulpit to neutralize Justice Ginsberg each and every time a case with his backing appears before the Court by demanding that she recuse herself because of her blatant political bias against him, which she so foolishly, publicly aired.

In fact, the only way Justice Ginsberg can rehabilitate herself from such a grave error is to now publicly congratulate Trump and state that she will most definitely recuse herself from every such case in the future. By doing so, she would be doing a very great and much needed patriotic service in reinserting honest non-partisanship into the Court. By not doing so, she will only prove more to be one of the Court's most politically partisan players.

The entire point of regeneration is to recalibrate the entire Court to the Constitution as independent, objective Justices, to discontinue the political partisanship which has corrupted it for far too long. That is a republican political principle, one which no other, nor any democrat majority, can serve "the general welfare" of America as well.

Political independence and objectiveness must be the demands if America's current, almost totally infected federal government is to be patriotically treated.
