Wow! I know how you feel about showing us that side of you, but this pose should confirm that your bottom puts you in a class with any Odalisque model in art history.

I'm not blonde (well, there are streaks of, er, 'arctic blonde'... ;)) and I don't know about odalisque, this felt more like pillow humping!

Looks like Odalisque has been tanning, but not all over. That lighter tone draws the eyes to the picture's central image, the spot I'd get out the magnifier to examine the artist's brushstrokes.:rose:

Excellent focus here

Thanks Numi.

Oh Icy, naughty girl causing such primal urges at this time of the morning ;)

gorgeous picture darling girl xx

Hehe. Shouldn't art stir emotions?

Wow, well done Icy, very artistic!

Thank you.

The view from another aspect. I love your ......... erm ......... er ......... interpretation.

Lol thanks fishfryer.

Wonderful, Icy! Just love the golden tone and the light on the wall.
heart:

Thanks Mara. It came together nicely.

What a great rendition. You look beautiful and the lighting is perfect. Nice artsy editing effect too.

Thank you JRP.

Icy, I'm so glad to have another model doing that pose. Yours is beautiful, and lucky you, you were already blonde.

Safety in numbers.😁

Like the others said, the lighting is great and what a pose!!

You know I have to do this...............SPANK!! :)

Hahaha. Thanks Tali.

Oh, now that is rather special too. The palette is fabulous, the angle is incredible but your modesty is preserved in a very tantalising way. And I love the flowers in the hair... :)

I'm flattered. Thanks Numi.

You're sweet. Thanks Dave.😘

I got brave. All in the name of art.😉

Gorgeous pic Icy

Thank you.😊

Ladies, your next challenge is "Blond Odalisque" by Francois Boucher:

I'll give it a try. I can't really paint sheets and gold panels that well, but I could give my skin tone more pink like this Odalisque. Maybe belongs on the refrigerator more than a museum wall.

Once again I'm amazed you had a near miss in your collection Ms G! :rose: Who needs sheets and gold panels with a Brunette Odalisque to look at instead? Lovely rendidtion.

 That was the first response Icy. But after my eyes, jaw and tongue were all back in place I noticed the finer details. The flowers are a great touch (as one of the ladies already observed) and the texture to make the pic look like a painting is very clever.

I'm not blonde (well, there are streaks of, er, 'arctic blonde'... ;)) and I don't know about odalisque, this felt more like pillow humping!

You carry the "arctic blond" very well Numi. :rose: As for the other...

odalisque - noun
  1. a female slave or concubine in a harem...

Looks to me like you could easily carry that on off as well. Not sure about the pillow humping but every harem has some pillow fighting. We'll just say you're warming your pillows up for the next battle. ;)

Cheers

P.S. Sorry I've fallen so far behind on all the lovely pictures.

You are very kind to say. Thanks.

You did this one precisely and it looks beautiful. An artist always takes that kind of care.

We may not be blonde, but we can fake it! ;) You did a beautiful job too, you're so lovely!! :rose:

Well I hope you enjoyed the pillow humping. We're certainly enjoying the view!
:kiss::rose:

I'm not blonde either, I hope there's no points off for that!

It's a twofer! One normal and one filtered. I found a Van Gogh filter, so you know I had to use it, apparently this is what he would paint if he painted it.

Oh I don't think you'll be losing any points.
Both are lovely. You look fantastic and I love the colour of your linen.

Deduct one point for hair colour, but 99% isn't too bad

I do like the filter effect.

Oh, very sweet. That Van Gogh thing is great. Bravo.:rose:

No points off -- this is over the top gorgeous, both versions.
I've tried the Van Gogh filter on a few things, but didn't like any of them enough to keep. This is the perfect image for the filter, or the effect was made for this pic. Truly wonderful, Tali.∞∞∞
