The Living Works of Art Challenge II - Female Body Edition

I have one from before that sort of fits, I hope. No dog, no fountain, no servants. Just sitting in a similar way with the shadows for covering of some parts and other parts showing.

Very nice. I love the filter. It seems very 70s classic.

And so I must unveil my offering. I agree with others who said it was hard. My photographer had to get into all sorts of contortions to get his tall frame into the bathroom with me but still get me all in! I'm disappointed that the shower spray doesn't show up better, and I had to improvise for the pearls.

Very elegant. I think the colouring is very nice too. Beautiful!

...and a tantalising glimpse of your lovely visage, Mara!

From which I forgot to remove my glasses...
Oh well!

I'll volunteer for the attendant role!

Great! Maybe YOU'd remember to remove my glasses.

That's beautiful and you even managed the difficult angle of the hips.

Thanks so much.

Yay!! Been waiting for yours Mara, total class and beauty as always!! :rose:

Thank you, Tali.

I risked life and limb and went with the first one.

Topless at the big top: You are a divine lion tamer. The circus would get rich with your kind of artful performance.

Catching up here. Finally, my rendition of
Challenge #6: "Bathsheba at the Fountain" by Ruben

With no fountain, no attendants, and most sadly, no little dog at my feet.

No fountain, no attendants, no dog--and no reason not to love this sexy model. You can bring your art to the public anytime you want.:rose:

Very nice.

Thanks!

You're such a gentleman. Thanks so much, glendale.

Beautiful, Mara. Very well posed.

Thanks, JRP. I really worked for this one, scrambling back and forth to the timer, and getting my shawls and pearls in place. I was dripping. And not in the good syrupy way

For what it's worth, I've worn my glasses for every picture I have posted.

But you've cropped them out of your photos. I just shrugged and gave up. There they are. Glasses on a sculpture.

Nothing wrong with artistic licence! I love this, the sepia, the colour on your lap, excellent! And good on your for persisting until you got it :)

Sometimes you just have to use it. Thanks Numi.

That is art though, it's how you see it and your vision is always lovely!! :rose:

Thanks Tali.

Gorgeous! Nicely done.

Thanks.😊

That's beautifully done Icy, lions and all! :rose::kiss:

I was lucky to find such a similar setting.😋

Excellent...marvelous depth & dimension...much more intriguing than the original.

Aww, thanks.

You are so inventive, very nicely posed. And I doubt the cats would hurt someone so nice to them.

Thanks MsG. 😊

Wonderfully done. I'm so glad that the lions were well fed. We would hate to lose you.

The things we do in the pursuit of art.

LOL! The lions were too busy gawking at you! Lovely rendition Icy!! :rose:

Hehe. Thanks Tali.

Brava! The lions were paralyzed by your beauty. :rose:

Thanks so much Mara.

A masterly rendition!

Thanks JP.

Lol, thanks Glendale 😊

Excellent Icy, I think you've tamed the kitties.

Haha. Thanks JRP.

I f you can tempt Ulysses with this representation, what chance I?
You do like your Pre-Raphaelite art, and I think your stab at Circe is wonderful.
