Last winter, I was in a parking lot and I ran over one of those islands. It was snow-covered and couldn't be seen.


I was really lucky, no damage to the underneath of my car. I was incredibly lucky.
 
I drove the Rogue today and liked it. Husband is iffy on it because it has this CVT transmission. Calls it a rubber band engine. Real smooth to drive though.

Going to test the rest tomorrow.
 
You really can't drive around naked in a Nissan with class. Well, perhaps if it's the Liam Nissan, or in a pinch, a Jean-Claude Grand Am... then you can make a statement of some kind. But that's all wrong for you anyway. Forget about all that. I think you need to swing baby....you're platinum. Cleopatra didn't ride around on a bicycle, and you need to keep your options open.

Check for a broken fluid line between the transmission and the radiator. As much fluid as I see in the picture makes me consider the fluid line. The repair bill will be modest to replace the line and fluid.

No. It's toast. I hit a big rock at highway speed. Rock fell off a dump truck and it went right under my car. The transmission is going to need replacing. I drove for a couple of kilometers after, hoping to make it to my destination. That was the death toll.

Car already had this serious undercarriage rust issue, which was patch fixed but not going to last.

Got me a fun ride in a tow truck listening to the police scanners. You get to hear some crazy shit!
