I prefer stories that have romance in them to most other stories, so i was wondering what someone would recommend; whether it be an author or a specific story I am very interested to see what people will recommend.

If it's cool to recommend our own, mine fit the romance genre pretty well. Well, my first story was more like a taste of romance with hints of things to come. The second one is pretty complete.

It's a mix of romance / mystery. A father of three just buried his wife of 16 years due to cancer. They had an history when they were were mere teenagers. Then he started getting letters from his wife written while she'w as alive a year ago, that she had arranged for a neighbor to help babysit, and a former student as a housekeeper. But the more the man read the letters that arrive semi-regularly, the more secrets he found about his wife that he did not understand. Who is this "Dr. Neil"? Who are mailing these letters to him? Is his neighbor's wife being abused by her cop husband? Why is there an envelope from an adoption agency in his wife's files? As he found the answers to these questions, he will realize why his wife had kept the secrets from him for 16 years, even beyond death, for it's all due to love.
