A 41-year-old man supervises and participates in the horrendous rape of a female in Arkansas, the cops bust him and charge him with first degree rape - he's looking at a hard 30 in the state pen.

Hillary Rodham gets the defendant's case and would later laugh about never trusting polygraphs again because the defendant passed concerning this rape. Next, she attacks the rape victim by asking the court to order a psychiatric evaluation be done on the rape victim (by a psychiatrist of the defendant's choosing, of course) because she - Hillary Rodham - swears under oath that she's been told the rape victim is somewhat emotionally and trustworthy handicapped to the point of teasing men and exaggerating about things with men, which experts have told her are common of females from "families" like the rape victim's; Rodham pleads with the court to order her desire of a psychiatric evaluation of the rape victim "in the best interests of justice", even though she admittedly knew her client was guilty.

Before that psychiatric attack could actually happen, though, Clinton manages to get an evidence expert from New York to state that how the police handled one piece of evidence (they cut a section out of the rape victim's underwear for analysis) would certainly render that evidence inadmissible in court - thus, it became a perceived classic case of she said, he said.

So, instead of the hard 30 Clinton's defendant was looking at for first degree rape, he pled down to 5 years in county jail for fondling, with 4 of those years suspended which, having already sat in jail for 2 months awaiting trial, he served 10 months of and then was set free.

For the despicably intolerable act of raping a female.

As our digital records show that both Hillary Clinton and all her fan girls and boys here on the progressive GB habitually maintain that females are raped once by their rapists and then many are raped again by the courts, we are just wondering why when an officer of the court actually participates in such a heinously despicable act, GB progressives reward her by voting for her as President of the United States of America?

You deplorables keep coming up with the same case and keep getting it wrong no matter how often you're correct. Go fish.

Why don't you just rest up for tomorrow's presidential debate? I think it's going to be a corker of a show.

[redacted] rape victim comes forward for the first time in 40 years to call Hillary Clinton a 'liar' who defended her rapist by smearing her, blocking evidence and callously laughing that she knew he was guilty

‘Hillary Clinton Took Me Through Hell,’ Rape Victim Says
The woman at the center of the scandal over Hillary Clinton’s defense of an alleged [redacted] rapist speaks out in depth for the first time.

Yep, that has all been shown to be untrue. Clinton just did her job and she was assigned to do it.

As deflection from all of the Trump shit going on, you're a real failure. You can't even come up with new material for your 35th life on the GB. Go fish.

Oh, and be sure to watch the presidential debate tonight. :)

"I did not have sexual relations with that woman ".
Impeached due to lying under oath.
Hillary is better because she stayed? Why did she stay?

Why do you care? Are you thinking of immigrating here, but we won't let you in because you're a dingaling?

You are an idiot. If you knew anything about me, I was born and raised in the States.
I immigrated to Canada, dumb ass.

You're right. The only thing I know about you is that you are in Canada. Oh, and that you are posting stupid things about U.S. politics on a porn board. That's quite enough to know about you. Don't bother to tell me more, thanks. ;)

Robert de Niro got it dead right, and he said it before the Trump tape was revealed.

While I personally don't like it, she did her job. Plus, this was the 70s, rape victims were always considered at fault. The way that courts handle rape cases has changed dramatically since then in many ways. But, even today, a lawyer would be expected to defend their client whether they knew they were guilty or not.

A concise and accurate summation.

While I personally don't like it, she did her job.

You don't "like it" because it gravely assaults your innate sense of justice, yet you then instantly concede that righteous stance to someone purposely subverting "the best interests of justice"?

Surely there is some auxiliary rationale for that naturally conflicting, illogical-to-decency flip-flip.

What if Donald Trump was once a lawyer and would've been called on to defend then, and not Hillary Rodham, and Trump would've attacked the rape victim the same way?

How would you and anti-Trumpers be treating this same subject today? Would you and they be equally as benevolent to him for simply doing his job?

We offer that you simply prove your partiality is wholly for sale to personality rather than strictly reserved for principle.

Plus, this was the 70s, rape victims were always considered at fault.

Such a stupidly lazy generalization cannot help but be totally false.

But, even today, a lawyer would be expected to defend their client whether they knew they were guilty or not.

Defending her client isn't the point; it's how she chose to defend her client which is, and that method - implicating the female rape victim in her own horrendous rape - has absolutely nothing to do with yesterday, today, or tomorrow.

That method - of doing ANYTHING it takes to win, because winning is the ONLY thing - is exactly why American politics is currently experiencing the lowest point in its history right now, and a big part of the reason why the latest offering from the Clinton win-at-all-costs political machine will probably be sworn into office January 20th.

When a person cites "the best interests of justice" out of one side of her mouth, and then purposely works to cheat justice out of the other, she is no more trustworthy than someone who looks the American people in the face and testifies, "I did not have sexual relations with that woman."

Why do you stay.

Bill cheated on Hillary and she stayed with him. Admirable.

Trump cheated on all his women then left them. Douchey.

A "smart" lawyer doesn't ask their client if they are guilty. To most trial lawyers guilt is far from the most important thing.

I think the way Hillary has tried to ruin the lives of the women who have made often times substantiated claims of sexual harassment or worse against Bill is simply deplorable.

You, as a woman, need to understand what you are supposed to feel about this. Also, watch your use of trademarked slurs. "Deplorable" is only used to describe the sort of racists bigots, and misogynists that oppose the coronation of Imelda Marcos in ugly shoes.

She supported the most important Democrat of our lifetime in such an "admirable" and long-suffering way, she has "earned" the presidency by having married Bill Clinton and put up with him all these years. This is how strong, capable women become important and garner the skills and attributes necessary for leadership in our society.

Isn't it time that we had a president that doesn't have a penis? Is there anything at all that might be considered more important than that? I think not!

How exactly has Hillary done this?
