Yesterday was first day of physical therapy for the shoulder: Adhesive capsulitis/frozen shoulder. God, she moved the damn thing in ways I couldn't do. At the end, I was able to move it better. This morning, however, OUCH. Sore.

I know that feeling. The tape and the CBD oil has helped a lot.

Bad move. It was always difficult to keep one of my sex obsessed children from guessing my pass words to various sex sites. I was not going to help him by writing them out and keeping them in plain sight for him.

I'm pooped today already. Worked on my daughter's place all day yesterday but was too beat to go back and do more windows today so I stayed home and started working on fall yard chores. Not even noon and I'm beat... Spread the mulch from last years leaves compost pile and had a "recreational fire" in the back yard fire pit to get rid of some fall tree trimmings.

I've over done it today too...

I just had to call me mom for her address & my sister's. Growing up it was just a box number & route number cause they lived out in the boonies. Now they have an address that doesn't show up on GPS <:rolleyes:> but it was in the dead Blackberry & no charged battery. So now they are both in the smarter then me phone and I can finish the labeling 5 boxes I have ready to ship out of here. One is going to BK with video game stuff for the boy. :D One is going to the house of Ox where his son will snag the surprise out from Mom's hands and she will chase him around the house to get it back! :D. Yes I am a trouble maker :D

Yeah a route and box number was what I had too when I first moved to Washington but that changed almost 20 years ago...

Lol at least its going where it will be appreciated.

My son lives in Oakland CA and he address is a street address followed by a post and then box number. He lives in an area that is all based out of one address since it is all owned by one man but has apartments, businesses, and a couple of houses out on it.

Well, thanks for the heads up. I got CPT America a drone for his birthday that he hasn't opened yet. He's prepping for the Marine Corps. He wants to be Recon, because his buddy is doing that and he figures he'll keep him company!! I think he's about to have a rude awakening.

Don't they all get a rude awakening in the beginning?? One of the support teams son almost lost it at army boot camp over not being allowed to keep his cell phone. Seriously. Over a freaking cell. What's he think you all are gonna stop for him to take a text or a call???

Then again who knew I would be packing away so many jars of tomatoes.
 
It has been a while since the Southeast coast had a bit of stormy weather, it is in the region yearly.

It's not nice to live near sea level and play around with mother Nature.:eek:

There are no words to express my joy at not having to deal with power and water outages. :)
Oh, I almost forgot. It is great to live on a hill, maybe even high enough to stay above water after the next major ice sheet melt.

Nothing like having a house 390 Ft. above sea level, then there are those occasional snow storms but then again they make snow plows for that.
