Fico is fig, and a masculine word. FICA, obviously a feminised word, is unreservedly the same connotation as 'cunt' and yes, has the derivation exact, but...you cannot just feminise words to make them female exactly. It is a similar word to cunt in its usage.....it can offend some.

Following from the conversation about Spanish and little doves, it is the same way the italian word for bird is penis. .
