The US government wants as many illegal immigrants to come into America as possible so that corporations can (illegally) hire and exploit them for cheap labor.

There is little to no actual interest on the behalf of ICE/border patrol to prevent illegal immigration because of the hidden vested interest involved.

Furthermore, the CIA is knee-deep in trafficking weapons and narcotics to and from the Mexican border and ICE/DHS helps them do this, in order to finance their black budget/covert operations.

Large banks/financial institutions (particularly international banks) also have a hand in this and bankers get rich(er) from it.

What I meant is that border agents and DHS officials are told to look the other way when a shipment of CIA arms/narcotics is passing through the southern border.
