The Congress Hotel in Tucson is one of my favorites. It has one TV that never seems to be on in the deserted library. No TVs, just reproduction vintage radios in the rooms.

I've had some great meals at the Kingfisher in Tucson.

For what it's worth, I don't think one can say just 'brits' I think some people from other parts of Colder Europe enjoy this too, and some people would see it as a nightmare.

Some of the Norwegian part of my family have made Spain a yearly trip. They love it there.
