Philando Castile

That car in my part of town at dusk?

It would have been pulled over here, too.

It's not just race, it's economic.

Up here though, the poor people dont have easy access to guns.

So we impound their cars for not being roadworthy instead of shooting them.

This tends to keep them in their district.

For quite some time I found myself without a driver's license after a bit of a dispute with the city of Scottsdale. Whenever I got an assignment up in North Scottsdale I would rent a car to go up there rather than drive one of my beaters because I would get pulled over invariably in those neighborhoods. They would find a reason to pull me over. An obvious rental attracts no attention.

The other thing that people don't realize is that the prefix on license plates in some jurisdictions tends to indicate what part of town your license plate was secured in.

I spent a month with friends in Geneva, using his company car for day trips.

In Lyons, several street hookers walked in front of my car in traffic, struck a pose and opened their coats to show me their sexy lingerie outfits underneath.

It happened all day, all over the best parts of Lyons.

Couldn't figure it out... Told my hosts at dinner, they laughed.

The plate... First two characters GE... Geneva.

And i thought it was my good looks.

This. From the footage filmed from within the car.

That is not how most people carry concealed, that's how the bad guys do it.

That looks like a gun to you?

What kind of gun?

Can you confirm is was "the gun used in a robbery"?

Reports say that the gun was in the glove box.

You sure are making a lot of leaps of faith on this case... all against the man who was a legal CCL holder.

Looks like they re-adjusted their alarm clock in tandem with JenInFlorida…
The other side of the same coin…

It's the Ish way...

take the most ridiculous wingnut claim, and turn it up to 11.

The Age of White Patriarchy draws rapidly to a close, and Ishmael is understandably bitter. He bemoans the loss of his beloved White Privilege, and loathes the rise of a multicultural society.

He took a story that was fabricated, and fabricated even more lies on top of it.

The story he linked to as "an interesting read" has already been debunked, but that won't stop ish from doubling down on it.

What is the real story?

A lawful CCL holder was shot by a cop when obeying instructions and reaching for license and registration. That man was not making any threatening or aggressive gestures, and was in total compliance with the officer's directives by all accounts.

The cop told dispatchers that he pulled over the man for having a "wide-nose".

It must have been a terrifyin' few hours for them: none of their usual support system (American Thinker, NRO, Breitbart, etc) were givin' them the rhetorical cover they so desperately depend on, so they had to go deep into the tertiary blogosphere (the "conservativetreehouse"? LOL) to get their confirmation bias.

Speaking for myself, I think there's still lots of mileage left in being white, male, educated and good-looking.

Plus, I don't have a broad nose, so my chances of being shot at random are relatively low.

Quite true, but you'll notice with each election cycle your ability to unilaterally impose your will upon #ThosePeople lessens significantly.

So far, so good.

Then again, I live in an all-white part of town and the lake is also a completely white zone.

And my local, provincial and federal politicians are all people I have known for many years.

Wow!

Got a link?

Here are a few, including one that shows the Falcon Heights police department had issues with officer training in the past. Please read through them and let me know your thoughts.

Oh, sorry, the officer stated he was pulling the suspect over
just ‘cause of the wide set nose

Oh, and there was a 4 year old child in the back seat. The officer did not obey the 4 basic gun of gun ownership. In this case, know what is beyond your target...

So hopefully endangerment is added to the charge of murder.

How are your chances as someone who's white, short, ugly, and stupid?

*chuckle*

The picture from his passenger kind of puts everything in perspective; he was packing gansta-style and had the gansta record to go with it...

It's simple...they looked like crooks...and he had a gun.

Sorry he's dead, but that can happen when you pick up the sword...his family should stop being such pussies about it.
