I wake at 0600 hours and notice someone (obviously my good friend BFG) has left me some water & Asprin which I take. Her advice last night to drink water before sleep seems to have worked as my headache is not bad.
Quietly I make my way to the bathroom where I shower befor returning to the bedroom where I put on my uniform (I always leave spares at the inn and at friend's homes). After a light breakfast I wash the dishes and coffee cup before leaving quietly (we've got a big Church Service at base). I leave a note.
