* 90 out of the 94 brains they have studied had CTE.
* There are allegations the NFL tried to cover up the damage the game does to the brain.
* How long before youth/high school football shuts down?

That depends. Any business with a serious issue on the horizon must adapt or perish. There have been businesses, sports, institutions, etc. that have been utterly hegemonic in the past but fell apart and either faded to the background or disappeared entirely. Boxing comes to mind. Other businesses such as Woolworth's, Blockbuster, and Kmart used to be huge but no longer exist or are hanging on by a thread. What changed? A lot of things.

Football is almost religion in some parts of the country, and it's hard to see a viable replacement. On the other hand, in many populated areas with lots of sports, football would be missed but other sports would fill the void. So realistically, the nightmare scenario for football is marginalization, and the best case scenario is continued success after an adaptation, one that supports the public's desire for violence while ensuring that people can walk away from the hits for years to come.

Honestly, I think I'm over the NFL, and football in general.

It'll survive longer than it should because of gambling. Probably longer than any of us.

But, eventually, it will fade into the oblivion it deserves.

It's time they take a serious look at motocross ass concussions.
A recent study found that 7 of 10
Motocross riders can no longer have gay sex.
