bfg's hideout

I always find I run into the best places when I'm out walking and enjoying nature with no direction planned. That's how I found this awesome hideout and its sweet sexy hostess.

I love walking the trails when I go to the mountains.
Unfortunately, I don't go often enough, though it's only a 10 hour drive.

When I lived in the mountains, I'd go walking there all the time. I particularly loved the colors of the fall season, the rolling hills a myriad of color. Now I live in perpetual heat and flat so walking ends up being a lot hotter then I'd prefer. Still, that's where my story ideas come together, hashed out and written in my head long before they're ever on paper. I'm sure those who see me wonder who in the world I'm talking to. Lol. Care to go on a walk with me through the woods, BFG? We could get lost together.

I had the privilege in 2004 to tour New England in the fall, starting in NYC, going up to Lake placid, and then across to Maine, and back down to NYC via Boston.

A lovely 15 day tour....

Just a flying visit to say 'Hi'. Gtg - had a great night in a Hotel in Wimbledon *BLUSHES* now got washing to do and duties to complete. Hope everyone is well :rose:

I really enjoyed the northeast when i lived up there several years back. Beautiful area, especially near the border. Too cold in the winter though. Give me the appalachians any day for year round beauty and moderate weather.

I've not been further north than Wilmington, Delaware (except flying into airports) on the East Coast. Living here in Michigan, we have the beauty of the autumn and I love it. However, I do not like what comes after! It sounds like you had a wonderful time. Is that the only time you've been to the States?

HSG! It's been so long since I've seen you! I'm glad you had such a wonderful time, and survived last weekend! :D

You know how I feel about those Blue Ridge Mountains! There is nothing in the world like them, that's why I've placed my hideout there!

I seem to have quite the busy place here today. I think I love it!
:)

I've been there three times. Twice with NATO to San Diego as part of our training exercises and last November to Texas with my fiancée to meet his parents and family. Sorting some bits and bobs with the US Embassy because once we're married my fiancée and I will have 'Dual Nationality'.

Hi, SV!

*catches the kiss!* Thank you!
How are you doing tonight?

Had a little time tonight, so I've done some prowling around and catching up. Really should turn in, got a busy day on site tomorrow, so I'll be late on. Take care, and I'll catch you tomorrow :rose:
