Well Yeah!

TWELVE shots and he only managed to hit the guy in the leg? And he had been instructed on firing this 9mm by his step father?

First off he can't shoot worth a shit... Second off the dude was exiting the property he was out of danger sounds more like assault or attempted murder.

On the other hand once close quarters contact is broken it is hard to know when NOT blast the bastard...been there done that. You just can't chase the bastard down and ventilate him no matter how much you want to!
