Underwear parties...do they really exist?

So Ive read before about parties at like gay clubs where once you get there you are only allowed to wear underwear and shoes. But I have never been able to find listings anywhere for this type of get together before and wonder if it is more just fantasy then reality. Its so hot to think about night clubs full of guys wearing varieties of sexy underwear and only a thin piece of clothing seperating you from their bulges.

Has anyone ever heard of this, know how to find them or gone to one?

Sounds like a fun theme night for a swingers club ! garters and stockings optional? Maybe my collar and leash? COCKtail parties can be so very charming to attend. So much opportunity for entertainment !
