( all these many years after discovering the term pork butt, and Boston butt, it still makes me smile, so I am smiling at Collar's butt, despite having no advice)
I was really happy with the way the pork butt sections came out, it must have been Elle's smiling at them

I had them over low heat for about 7 hours, then higher heat for an hour, then I moved one section to the oven for about 45 minutes at 275. Some of that section fell apart readily, and I had to chop around 2/3 of it instead of pulling it. It was perfectly tender, though. The rest of it stayed in the smoker, back down at 225 until the fuel ran out. That portion broke down all the way, and I will reheat and pull it tomorrow. Success, I'm happy
Here is the one I pulled early, it had a 3/4 inch smoke ring. I was really happy with how it turned out. I guess I'm off my fruit and yoghurt diet for a few days
