fingers crossed for 1 o'clock and 7.30pm - it'll make life easier if this is the right swap rather than have to keep looking; so many people offering their flats, it'll be hard to decide which to go for.

(You've been posting about living in dagenham for years, so i took a look...i dont know much about how the "council housing" system works, but the idea of people swapping government-assigned living accomodations sounds (on the face of it) very soviet-era.)

The fucking media is a bunch of yammering idiots. I can't understand why anybody watches or listens to them. Half the time they haven't got the foggiest idea in hell what they're yapping about.

They contribute exactly ZERO to society. At bottom, they're essentially nothing more than professional gossips and busybodies whose job is to do anything to attract the attention of the hoopleheads.

Ugh! I always get nervous when I see the storms get bad by you. We have had some extreme thunderstorms the last two days but it's just not been hot enough here to cause any damage. Some house fires from lightning and that's it for now.

I planted about half of my herbs that have been growing in my greenhouse and now I'm worried they'll be traumatized by these downpours. I might baby my plants more than my kids.

Yeah. I spent this weekend cleaning out our tornado shelter. Went to the store and picked up some essentials. Between the earthquakes and tornados, I question why I'm still here.

It's the most wonderful time of the year

You could be here, between severe storms and the worry that it will still snow, it's fantastic!
