Although what he is saying is all true, cities should not operate dependant on all the little lucensing fees. Consumers can decide who they want to do business with. Uber should not have an unfair advantage. But the burdcen was placed by the city on cabs. They should lift that burden to level the playing field, not impose the same burden to make it "fair."

A city should be run on actual taxes, identified as taxes, voted on by the citzens, and everyone pays.

I don't know. But I knew Ras as a street dude and it seems a little money hungry to me. He worried about Uber instead of worrying about the death of the people in his city. He is starting to fall out of favor with me.

I don't drink coffee or none of that. But most people that do get it from a breakfast spot or a papi store. But the only Starbucks I know of is downtown.
