Slut Shaming

You don't understand 'blurt' nor 'passive aggressive'.

You've never found me funny. I believe 'annoying' is your choice descriptive for me, so it's ridiculous to pretend you found any humour in me prior to this. You're usually a) trying to have 'a go' at me or b) apologizing for having 'a go' at me.

Deflecting away from my observations of your behaviour in this thread is a weak response. Not that I expected anything more.

You don't get sarcasm much, do you?:)

Aella (Query's Bestest Alt™) combines a Palin-esque ability to create a word salad response with all sorts of random phrases and concepts gleaned from decades of perusing the self-help section of his local library.

"This is not a white nightie. This is my uniform. I am not raping you. I am taking your blood pressure."
Dollie---------- I didn't know they still take BP internally!;)

I do realize when a lady goes out dressed slutty and hangs around sleazy places she is taking chances. I only dress slutty when with my husband and usually other friends.
It's always a gamble but life is a gamble.
Staying home and sitting on our fat asses never did seem exciting.

Now -even if RobDownSouth is joking- this is starting to get too creepy for me.
So I'm off the thread.

I agree with you. There is a certain common sense standard that deserves consideration. In the illustration, did she "deserve" to be raped? NO. But common sense tells me that going out "Kardashian" then drinking to excess is going to create a potentially risky situation that is foreseeable.

If men are so weak, why are they allowed to roam the streets?

If they cannot control the impulse to attack someone cause that someone is drunk or wearing something revealing, then they need to be kept away.

And the book is open. Place your bets in two minute blocks, people.

Most men are not that weak, just like most people are honest. The important word is most. If this were a perfect world, we would not have to protect ourselves or our belongings by locking our cars or houses. Like anything else we need to weigh the risks with what we do. I drink and like to look sexy sometimes but since it is an imperfect world, also try to consider the people and event/location when choosing what to wear and how to behave.

I do agree that any guy who attack a woman regardless of what she wears or her condition should be put away.

That's the best analogy anyone could make. If someone was on trial for breaking & entering your home and stealing your possessions the defense attorney wouldn't say, "well, they did leave their door unlocked".

It's like being black. You should know that, if you're black and driving around in a predominantly rich, white neighborhood, you don't "deserve" to get pulled over by the police if you're obeying laws, but you probably will be. So, to avoid creating a risky situation, you shouldn't go at all. Right?

I would not want to suggest that a person should not be able to be in a certain place because of their racial background but unfortunately, your example does happen.

I thought the threadstarter was the stupidest person in here. I hate being wrong.

I have been known to be out in public in outfits approaching the "provactive" line in your posting. Rarely alone and if so, would be very selective on the company I am in. I enjoy sex (a lot) and like to look sexy but it is not an invitation for the unwanted to happen.

The GB is TransFriendly; both LTR and HarryHill have trans fiancees.

Of course, all roads lead to kumbaia. Let's defend the other minorities too! We're so brave and selfless…

Who had eighty minutes?

90. So close.

Putting "it" on Ignore has paid dividends. I haven't had a member on iggy quote me as much as it does since cade. I'm his/her biggest obsession without doing a thing.

Nope. Nothing to do with your "politics".
I started trolling you after seeing how much fun Ann was having with that, in the Vasectomy thread - which You kept bumping up for that purpose, silly.

EDIT.
How would you know that I keep quoting you if you have me on iggy?
