What's cookin', good lookin'? Part II

BBQ Ribs and Caesar salad and warm dinner rolls....kitchen is closed, now lm going for a soak..

I loved the picture of this cake but I'm having trouble locating the recipe. I thought perhaps CnC or someone else with more kitchen experience than I've had might know where to look.

Toasted PB&J is quite excellent. And hot, too. :p

Well I was traveling cross country. No toaster :)

No way I am clicking on that until someone else comments! :D
Same dog, same tricks :p

Just wrap it in two overlapping layers of aluminum foils, place it on top of your exhaust manifold for about 30 miles, and you'll have wonderfully toasty eats.

O, ye of little faith. I never figured out how to make attached images appear and I gave up my offshore picture-storage site. It's a cake.

I'm not sure if it's quite the same, but I've had peanut butter and jelly French toast. It is delish! :)

Uh-huh. Spiders. Not as bad as I figured it would be though

Want!
Now :p

You aren't helping, Missy!
I clicked on those spiders because you made Yank's post look harmless! :l
As to the checkerboard cake, looks like an Alice in Wonderland Battenberg. And like I might go through the hassle once, and never again.

Roasted eggplant and goat cheese salad here. Probably gonna make chicken noodle soup for dinner.

My post WAS harmless. It was just an image and you didn't even have to waste a banana. :p

Checkerboard cake screams "I have nothing better to do with my life right now!"

Pulled pork with pita bread and cole slaw made with vinaigrette instead of mayo, whatever that's called.

Roast duck and celeriac, lettuce braised in a little pouilly fume with pet is pois and spring onions. Some jelly of orange blossoms.

It's a sort of last supper :)

Oh, that sounds good. Please invite we over for supper-- I'll sprout wings and be right over.

Tuna steaks tonight for us.
