Ham steak, mashed sweet potatoes (with mace ), fresh corn off the cob sauteed with red bell pepper, sweet onion and jalapeño, and Salad of Some Sort. Seela gave me her family recipe

Mace is the outer coating of a nutmeg. There is an outer shell of sorts, then the mace (the red part in the pic), with the nutmeg inside it all. The mace is dried and ground into a powder, and is similar to nutmeg. I just like the flavour better. It's more... versatile.

Sliced pork tenderloin pounded flat, country potatoes with red bell pepper, onion and jalapeño, fried eggs and butterbread toast. And too sweet, too creamy coffee

Home made kebabs are not unhealthy. I just don't know how they seem to make them less healthy in the take out places. Still, they are full of salad ( not salad of Some Sort mind you.....
Perhaps there is a larger market for my newly acquired family recipe!
And you have me craving lamb now. I haven't had it in a while.

That doesn't bother me, I have butchered animals. I know what my food looks like in its natural state, its cooked state, and all stages in between. I do enjoy them in the pictured stage just as much as on my plate, though
