Another one that was being discussed recently and I thought might get some healthy conversation going - whats the worst thing you have ever done?

Im talking about something that is generally accepted to be bad, or that you feel bad about doing in hindsight. Im curious to know what people class as bad and whether people regret doing it, or if they think their reasons were sound.

Im not expecting anyone to admit to murders but maybe you cheated on a partner, disowned a family member, lied, or broke some other law? Im curious about the reasons for doing it, how you feel in hindsight, would you do it again, etc.
