Would you take the love of your life back

Not sure, maybe if they signed over their corvette to me ;)

If they cheat on you, they are only proving that they aren't the love of your life. The love of your life would have too much respect for themselves and you to cheat on you.

I disagree. It doesn't mean that they weren't the love of your life, it just means that you weren't theirs.

My girl gotta have Oprah money for me to let some shit like that slide. I can walk in on Oprah sucking my father's dick and forgive her. Lol

It's not the corvette's cost, but what it represents to them, signing over all their worldly goods might also work. ;)

Yes, but only because I meant forever in the literal sense, even when events have shown she either didn't mean it, couldn't shoulder that, or proved fickle.

It absolutely would not work, though. Since she is incapable of sincere forgiveness, she would not be able to accept it when offered. Every statement from then on would be viewed through a lens of possible incrimination or innuendo even when none was intended.

I feel a little guilty to be glad that reconciliation is both highly unlikely and logistically inpractical.

That's a tough one.

Alas, yes.

Separation would be suicide.

It seems easy to talk about cheating until you do it or they do it to you. Then it gets far more complicated. But it's a form of behavior that goes deeper and it has to do with the person committing it- the cheater- not the other half - partner. And of course it's a habitual "offense". I would think twice and thrice before accepting it..
