My favourite Hanns moment was when he came back as JDAM. And those of us that joined after his previous incarnation fucking eviscerated the little prick.
 
Hanns has another nick he came back as later. It never got nuke. It had all the flags and shit he always put in his sig. I'll have to do some digging.

He had the biggest crush on sexy girl. About a year after he left for good, he PMed me wanting to know if I could tell him how to get in touch with her.

I'm pretty sure the main thread where the Intrigued drama was first aired has gone to live with Jesus.

That's the problem with the classic old drama threads -- the amount of personal information spewed out in them made them impossible to salvage.

I miss the old days. It was like Days of Our Lives around here. Which was rather entertaining. Now it is filled with boring old people, talking to themselves about politics.

Yes, I have not really watch much of that since then, either. I will catch it on occasion, most of the plots have not changed. Just the kids have become older.

But what would have been the sense in denying that one was friendly with this particular prick - the evidence is all over the board.

I took the persona at face value and posted with him when I wanted to. Like you said, he was funny, but mean and the take-no-shit, suffer no fools aspect was attractive to me...imagining it was a female must have been part of the attraction. When she wasn't making normal conversation like anyone here, she would rain down like a foul-mouthed Kali on people she perceived as racists, child-abusers, and mouth-breathers. She was a disinfectant directed at idiots most of the time.

Sometimes she took her vitriol farther than I would want to go and her targets weren't always "boogeymen" - just time-wasters on a message board like most of us, that she had issues with. Of course knowing what I do now changes my perception of who that person might have been. This isn't a defense of him at all; it's a description of how I related to the KRC poster and what I saw.
