So What's Your Favorite.... cookie???

Fig Newtons.

Is this one of those answer the question above threads?

I do love all kinds of foods. The best ones for me are those that I never make -- like sushi rolls, for example.

Today I'm going to make a few gallons of pasta sauce. These will be my Christmas presents. So...I guess one of my favorites is Italian food, but southern Italian. I'm not too hepped up on white sauces like Alfredo style.

That's what I was thinking but I guess I didn't start it right huh? I've never really started one of these before.
But I was wondering about all the people here and what else I am missing besides Tim Tams. I like the raspberry newtons tho..

So...since I didn't comprehend....

What's your favorite food that you can't make yourself?

Not that I can't make it but more like I won't make it..

Sushi and Mediterranean

I used to like Newtons as a kid, now they are too sweet and make my teeth hurt. I don't know what the different Italian regions make, but for the first time ever I tried Spaghetti Carbonara. I LOVED IT!!!!! Had to come all the way to Mexico to discover good Italian food. :-/

I've been wanting Cuban chili

What's your favorite celebration out food?

like going out for a Birthday

A couple months ago I made Cuban burgers...sooo sooo good!

It's hard for me to order steak when going out because I think most restaurants either don't season enough or do that charbroil bizness which makes it taste burnt, plus I can get a better steak at home. Mostly some seafood dish. Halibut, shrimp, crab.

Cannoli but I haven't had a good one since I moved away from San Francisco....
Ahhh, Victoria Bakery, I do miss you.

I think if you can live on it anything is considered a food.

Which is hotter green or red chili??

I'm not all that fond of sweets, so even though I grew up in Aus eating Tim Tams, I don't particularly like them. The Pepperidge Farm brand sold here in the states are even sweeter than the Aussie ones... blech. I mean, I don't even like bread because I find it too sweet.

I am a savoury anything kinda gal. Bangers and mash, fish and chips, shepard's pie... Mmmmm. Gravy and anything makes me happy :)

WYF kind of hot sauce - by the pepper or the color?

We have a franchise place here called Tijuana Flats with a hot sauce bar. I've become addicted to the Thai Chili sauce. OMG on wings it's awesome.

WYF place for steak or do you grill it yourself?
