I believe they take them off for sex and cover the opening with a special bandage. I know a man who has one. He got cancer fairly young, like in his late 30s. They caught it because of family history. I'd date him if he wasn't an asshole. But from what I've seen the bag or his personality hasn't stopped him from dating. Of course once they get to know how he is, the ladies run for the hills.
