2nd Democratic presidential debate this Friday 11/06/15

I expect Laurel will watch it but prolly no one else in America.

Why would they?

Sanders will say some real shit, Hillary will call him crazy and talk out her ass promising all kindsa bull shit she's going to 180 the second she's in office and the people will eat it up.

Because some of us want to make an informed choice based on the evidence at hand. Frankly, I get really tired of the bs meme that Secretary Clinton can't tell the truth to her own shadow. She's no more or less honest than any other politician, end of story.

If we wanted to elect perfectly honest and upright people to public office we'd create a different system for elections. We don't and we haven't.

Hillary knows the money doesn't exist and the GOP will deep 6 her bull shit so she can blame them that I'm stuck with a one inch cock that fills more space than my brain.

No that ain't he end of the story.

It's not a meme...the woman can't answer a question to save her life.

"Well let me tell you how awesome I am and make some lofty promises until we can pretend you didn't just ask that." is her response to EVERYTHING in the debates.

There were other candidates that didn't do that yet she's going to cream them because the DNC want's the Wall St. Princess to take over.

She's elitist scum....and you're right we don't and we haven't so the moron slaves in this country get more of what they deserve. More of the same shit.

I suppose you think she strangled Vince Foster with her bra before shooting him, right? This all sounds like you decided in 1994 that you didn't like her and it wouldn't matter if she told you the sky was blue, you'd find a way to call it a lie.

I do enjoy how frightened Hillary makes the reactionary right. :D

Yep. I hesitate to suggest that they generally have a problem with strong women, but the evidence seems to suggest that they do. And Secretary Clinton, in particular, has been doing strength-training on Republican opposition for so long she now must be considered a truly dangerous opponent to anyone they nominate.

Hillary is the thing to fear because there is no really obvious way to stop her. Sanders for all his good points is a self admitted socialist. Sure there are polls saying people are coming around (but still less than 50%) so beating Sanders is simple.

I do enjoy how frightened Hillary makes the reactionary right. :D

I'm perplexed by how frightened Hillary makes the reactionary right. I mean, she ain't Ralph Nader, she ain't Dennis Kucinich, she ain't Bernie Sanders, she's just another pro-biz neoliberal, like Bill and Obama. Who also frightened the reactionary right, and that makes no sense either.

No I think she's a run of the mill establishment democrat, a 1%'er who writes policy for the 1% while giving the public lip service.

In 94' I was 10....I didn't give a fuck about politics when I was 10.

Just because I see the plutocrats puppet for what she is doesn't make me right wing....

I'm sorry but you, KO and DanC's attempt to label me all things far right because I don't toe teh partisan narrative is simply bullshit. Just because I'm not going to cheer DNC aristocracy over the clearly superior "for the people" choice of Sanders doesn't make me a reactionary rightey.....no matter how badly you wish it did.

Actually it just goes to point out what a fan you are of the Wall St. bankers, Monsanto and Wal Mart types. LOL don't forget to stick your nose up in the air at some poor folks today!!! Fart sniffing scum flake....

I don't bother being perplexed by it. That's their problem. I just enjoy seeing them hyperventilate over her.

So elect the scummier piece of shit to office just to piss the other side off?

LOL and who says only conservatives shoot themselves in the ass just to get shit on the other teams shoes?

Fair enough, though I hope you can see how it is that what you said sounds like someone who has been deranged by the Clintons for as long as they've been in power. What you say here is pretty accurate as far as I can tell, but she's also no worse than anyone else with similar views and preferences.

Yea I can see that.

I don't think she's worse than anyone who's been in office for the past 40+ years no....But she sure as fuck hasn't done anything to lead me to believe she's any better.

I do think she is worse than a lot of the candidates who were labeled unelectable crazies over the years for not toeing partisan lines and sucking plutocrat schlong.

Which is really what EVERYONE loves to bitch about....

But most choose to give them their vote and their dollar.

Oh well...the beatings will continue until morale has improved.

Given what I know abotu her I think she's probably a smidge better than Bush II, a little worse than Bill. A little worse than Obama (though her ability to get shit done might actually outweigh her stances somewhat.) and roughly on par with the rest.

Better or worse however doesn't entirely add up to electability. Sanders won't be president and it's fun to fantasize but that's what we're doing.

What I get a kick out of is all the sins the reactionary right declare happens when Democrats are in office when reality show that all of these things are done more when Republicans are in office.

To be fair that's really just a matter of perspective that's dependent upon which industry you're in and if that party/potus is a friend or an enemy to your particular industry.

Pot farmer being one hell of a contradiction, politically speaking.

Oh it's true...I bet anything it comes to Bush v. Clinton. Because America doesn't and apparently was not ready for change, it just wanted to pretend it was.

It's a matter of perspective based on a lot of things. I think Obama is slightly more interested in the middle class than Hillary, I think he wants a genuine solution to immigration reform, I think he kinda almost cares about the environment. He's a dove (at least by the radical thing that is US standards.)

I think Hillary's more pro military. She more experienced and more willing to fight. If we're talking Healthcare for example with 0 being UHC and 10 being zero government Obama wants a 3 and gets an 8 and calls it compromise. Hillary probably wants 6 but will actually get a seven. so net win? Sorta.

There is a fine line between change and burning the house down while you're in it. Trump and Carson represent burning the house down while you're in it. Sanders is just going for a hail mary. If it works GREAT but it doesn't work.

Most of us ultimately realize that we have a lot of first world problems and we bitch because we don't have anything better to do.

There's change and then there's idiocy. The Republicans have had a chance to embrace change for years and years of congressional control and haven't done anything but say "no," and if they can't field better presidential candidates than they have thus far, the likely "change" we're looking at is the collapse of the Republican Party.

Voters wanna burn the house down. Hillary and Jeb better wake up.

The reactionary right in general enjoys being frightened. Fear runs their lives.

Having said that, I think whackadoodles like Miles and 4est_gump are secretly relieved at the prospect of a Hillary presidency. They can finally rest their "nigger president" rhetoric, and dust off the "cunt president" diatribes that have been in storage since 2008.

Don't fool yourself. Hillary is no saint and I wouldn't elect her to be dog catcher. I don't buy the Foster conspiracy, but the woman is just plain creepy. TBH she's been slobbing Establishment knob for so long that I don't buy any of her schlok. She's just paying lip service to the issues. She isn't in this for the country, she just wants the power and feel it's "owed" to her.
