It's not my wish to play the spoil sport, but a thread with a very similar theme was disappeared by the mods and Lit hierarchy a couple months ago because it was filled with gif files posted as attachments that showed explicit sex acts. Doing so is against the terms of service and, based on my experience around the boards, the moderators are on high alert for breaches of the rules.

So far, all the posts that contain images or gif files are compliant with the rules as far as I can tell, but it will be a good thing for all who post here to be mindful of the posting rules.

I don't want to ruin anyone's fun either, but I love this thread and would hate to see it disappear. Please review the updated forum rules posted as a sticky at the top of the Lit Personals page. Thank you everyone!

It's worth pointing out that recently some posted images have been disappeared on the grounds that they broke the posting rules for attached images even though the images were posted via the IMG tag. This could apply, for example, to the explicit gif images that appear just a few posts earlier than this one.

I've seen a lot of confusion, even coming from mods, about the difference between an attached image and hotlinked ones hosted elsewhere. No one's really clear about enforcement and whether the issue is attaching something explicit or making an explicit link visible with IMG tags.

I agree with the un-clarity.

The only thing clear to me is that the Fetish & Sexuality Central is the only place where things are modded actively regarding pictures. That is where the previous control thread disappeared. Although some predecessors were closed due to size issues.
