The CBO has predicted that 2016 enrollment will be half what they expected.
Young, healthy people were supposed to fund the scam but they aren't signing up. This is typical of government....they create a problem and now they'll have to "fix it" with another scheme. Of course the Fraud will blame the insurance companies. Guess who is going to pay for this cluster fuck?

Doesn't make much sense but from what I've seen of this guy most of his threads don't.
Obamacare isn't really something that can succeed or fail based on numbers like that. It's ill-conceived and a shit law but if people don't sign up it doesn't mean it's going to fail. Just means people either already have insurance or figure they can get away with not signing up for some.
What are people going to pay for because of it? What expenses are incurred due to people not signing up?
Maybe there is but I don't know of any. Enlighten if possible.

On October 15th, Sylvia Burwell, President Obama’s Secretary of Heath and Human Services, set 10 million exchange enrollees as her goal for 2016. She explained that though hitting this target would be difficult, she and her team were committed “to working smarter to reach it.” I love teamwork as much as the next person, but there’s something more than a little odd about this goal of 10 million. As Brian Blase of the Mercatus Center explains, as recently as four months ago, the Congressional Budget Office projected that there would be 20 million exchange enrollees in the coming year. And this estimate of 20 million was revised downward from an earlier 2012 estimate of 23 million for 2016. One of the experts Blase cites, Charles Gaba, projects that the exchanges will have 12.2 million enrollees by the end of 2016, and one assumes that Burwell is lowballing: it is far better to set 10 million as your goal and hit 12.2 million than to acknowledge that the Obama administration is now shooting for roughly half the exchange enrollees the CBO projected back in June of this year.

We got Universeal Healthcare? When? What happened here is we met you "halfway" and by halfway I mean we took your idea pretty much word for word, slapped a pretty sticker on it and took credit because it was as much as we could accomplish.
