When I have the work desktop and laptop both running, I'll sneak onto the personal laptop and check out some writing and sports boards, answer some email. When I'm working from home or Starbucks, I'll always be in here

Now that I have a working, de-virused laptop again, I will be anywhere I choose to be. I was in my bedroom a few times last weekend, as it was cooler in there.

NOT as fussy on writing on the laptop, but in the winter months, I may find some locations downtown to hole up in if this place gets too noisy.

If I take pen and paper to the park when I walk, sit and write on picnic tables, no one comes up to me and calls me a pervert. I have the laptop, oh boy, the dads come running.

The best place for me to just write when I'm not home is a small cafe downtown, staff leaves me alone as long as I purchase a drink every two hours, which I do.

Best place to people watch and talk with is a Starbucks across from a mall, where I was today and met two delightful women

I used to write at my friends' cafe, it is much missed.

It's only 66 here at the moment, but a nice day overall.

The area - 60 miles around Albany - is a mix of NY's Capital, old factory towns, farms, colleges, health insurance, and IT. We're getting more farms - not agri-businesses - and more educated people. The educated are the ones who are kinky as shit LOL
