and even when I wore a bra occasionally,
it was never padded and never hid my nipples

When I learned that you were coming to my part of the world I was apprehensive that the weather would spoil your trip, glad it stayed fine
On the Saturday 9th I was Inverness, as my wife bought a birthday gift from Marks & Spencer for her sister and promptly returned it on Monday as unsuitable (sigh), so it was possible that we passed each other.
Were you underwhelmed by the Clava Cairns?
Was it warm enough to kayak at Fort Augusta?
Did you walk up the Cuillins in Skye?

We were in Marks & Spencer Sunday the 10th and wandering the city Monday.

I like cairns more than castles, although I prefer to be alone in them, not in a busload. Give me a small group of likeminded types and I'm likely to get into circumambulating and other respectful ritualizing. I'm a sucker for standing stones, but it wasn't a satisfying visit there. I was more underwhelmed by castle visits.

It was warm enough to kayak. On Skye, Husband walked the Cuillens and found some real ale. I visited the Clan Donald Centre -- the director gave a great highlights tour of the museum [he's quite a storyteller!], and then I wandered the woods and gardens.

Welcome home, mi'lady I hope you had a super relaxing vacation full of great scenery and yummy meals !
